The Right Instructor can make much difference.
Now I started as a teenager and my longest running teacher was my SECOND teacher.
The first guy was truly bad and I refused to return.
So my wonderful parents got me a different person who proved to be "just what the doctor ordered."
I've also heard more than a few horror stories from students and friends.
I don't teach the way some do - my training is friendly and patient and successful. But I don't want to make any assumptions here.
The purpose of this post is to sample the experiences of those reading this -were your experiences with learning music good or bad?
You can respond (and I surely hope you will - if only to "vent") in a couple different ways:
1. You could email me directly at danstarrorg@yahoo.com, or
2. You could phone me directly at (520) 203-7490
Of course, the best way, it seems to me, is to ship me an email.
